A tribute to Natalina Monteu Saulat.
Dressed in black, the performer walks along a road, following a line drawn on the tarmac. With every step, she places a sunflower on the ground, whilst the sound of a nail being driven in accompanies her actions.
Each flower is a gesture of gratitude towards those who opened up possibilities before us, but also an acceptance of responsibility: it acknowledges the value of what has been built and, at the same time, takes up that legacy, looking ahead to what remains to be achieved.
Through a simple, repeated gesture, the performance connects the past, present and future, presenting memory not as a celebration of the past, but as an active tool for building what is possible. Only by acknowledging what has been possible to build can we imagine new possibilities for collective flourishing.

Vestita di nero, la performer percorre una strada seguendo una linea tracciata sull’asfalto. A ogni passo depone un girasole, mentre il suono di un chiodo conficcato accompagna l’azione.
Ogni fiore è un gesto di riconoscenza verso chi ha aperto una possibilità prima di noi, ma anche un’assunzione di responsabilità: riconosce il valore di quanto è stato costruito e, al tempo stesso, ne raccoglie l’eredità, proiettandosi verso ciò che resta da realizzare.
Attraverso un gesto semplice e reiterato, la performance mette in relazione passato, presente e futuro, proponendo la memoria non come celebrazione del passato, ma come uno strumento attivo di costruzione del possibile. Solo riconoscendo ciò che è stato possibile costruire possiamo immaginare nuove possibilità di fioritura collettiva.
