Silvia Raffaelli (Turin, 1998) is an artist and performer who explores social, cultural and perceptual structures through their temporary reconfiguration.

Her work originates from moments of cognitive friction, when what appears ordinary suddenly ceases to feel natural or inevitable. From this rupture emerges an investigation into the structures that shape perception and human relationships. Through experiential devices, her works reveal how what we perceive as natural is often only one of many possible configurations, reopening the field of possibilities and inviting audiences to imagine alternative ways of relating to and inhabiting the world.

Trained in Visual Arts – Photography at the IED in Turin and in social design, in recent years she has exhibited and staged performances at venues such as the Museo Diffuso della Resistenza in Turin, Chippendale Studio (Milan), the Brera Academy of Fine Arts (Milan) and the CHEAP Street Poster Art Festival (Bologna). She was selected for the Arteam Cup 2025 and received a special mention for the quality of her research as part of CREA – Cantieri del Contemporaneo (2026). She collaborates with organisations active in the arts and social sectors.
